Tim Brown
Tim is a Principal Consultant with Onemind Management. He is a specialist in portfolio, programme and project management, and process analysis and design. He has led the development of programme management services within large professional services organisations. He has a reputation for delivery across a range of industry and government sectors and has a track record of implementing strategic plans into successful operational solutions. He is able to communicate at all levels, develop teams, and readily connect diverse stakeholders into purposeful activity. Tim has extensive experience mentoring and developing individuals and teams. He is highly proficient in understanding and interpreting requirements.
He has 23 years professional experience. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC®) with the Institute of Business Consulting, and an Accredited Consultant with the Association for Project Management Group. In addition to being a PRINCE2® Registered Practitioner and a MSP® (Managing Successful Programmes) Registered Advanced Practitioner, he is a Registered Consultant for P3M3™ (Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Maturity Model), PRINCE2®, MSP™ and programmes and projects.
