Meet our team
Steve Clarke
Steve is the Founder and Managing Director of Onemind Management. He specialises in programme, project and change management, business process reengineering in different types of organization, and leadership and personal effectiveness coaching.
He has 33 years experience as a project manager and 15 years as a programme manager. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC®) with the Institute of Business Consulting, and an Accredited Consultant with the Association for Project Management Group. In addition to being a PRINCE2® Registered Practitioner and a MSP™ (Managing Successful Programmes) Registered Advanced Practitioner, he is a Registered Consultant for P3M3™ (Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Maturity Model), PRINCE2®, and programmes and projects.
He has considerable experience of facilitation, mentoring, training, designing processes, and the transfer of skills.
He has played a leading role in major NHS national programmes, including: designing the approach to the modernisation of the NHS in Wales, and connecting all general practices in England to the Internet.
Steve is an accomplished people-manager and leader, and has a string of successful business-change and IT projects to his credit.
He developed the Onemind™ approach to succeeding at organizational change.
