Rethinking Project Delivery
using the Onemind™ approach to change
Workshop Outline
Overview
The Onemind™ approach offers a fully integrated and comprehensive approach to how to really succeed at programmes and projects. This workshop is different from other development courses because it shifts the level of the participant's thinking.
Despite our understanding of management principles, our everyday behaviours often sabotage our best intentions. The Onemind™ approach is more than a combination of different elements that can be found in separate courses - like change, time and conflict management and leadership. By a unique integration of all the elements that contribute to confident project delivery, the Onemind™ approach both challenges participants while offering new practical solutions.
The workshop provides the opportunity for participants to reflect critically on their own practice, and examine their own behaviours and attitudes in a sustained and supported way. It provides a safe environment for the examination of personal and professional issues, so that participants can progressively develop an increased repertoire of skills, behaviours and attitudes.
Objectives
The Onemind™ approach will help you as a business professional by:
- Providing you with a comprehensive approach to achieving change.
- Setting your role within that approach so that change initiatives can succeed.
- Altering perspectives on how change is brought about and how it can be managed more effectively.
- Introducing techniques and processes that support the application of the approach.
- Enabling you to influence others to contribute meaningfully to the programme of change.
- Creating a consensus so that within four weeks you will apply specific initiatives within your own work environment.
- Helping to transform project and functional managers to lead high-performance teams.
- Motivating project managers to assume greater authority; to be managers rather than project coordinators (or administrators).
- Motivating functional managers to move from being just a gateway to providing a service.

Anyone who wants an approach to managing change initiatives that works. The workshop is suitable for experienced or new senior executives, programme managers, project managers, programme support team members and functional managers from any discipline.
